Pamphlet for Federal Reserve Creates Crisis

There is mounting evidence the Federal Reserve has created this crisis to throw a hail mary pass at dictatorship powers over the United States.  Attached is a pamphlet I've made to be handed out to people.

I edited the first edition because of the WHOPPING information that NO LEGISLATOR ORIGINATED ANY BILL to bailout Wall St..  THIS IS PURELY AN EXECUTIVE BRANCH DECISION, and most of the executive branch involved are NOT EVEN ELECTED.
